They are liars. Told them six times over the phone I wasn't going to put money down. And the woman Heather said that was fine. Also told them I would not finance with global lenders and she said they would work around that. Got there waited 2.5 hours for that lying Heather to tell me I had to put 1000 down and they were going to finance me thru global lending at 26 percent interest rate..THEY ARE LIARS AND DESPICABLE
Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!
Absolutely outstanding dealership, ask for Heather she is master of her craft as a sales associate if you like to be lied to straight to your face and if you question it she cry's wolf like your harassing her , said she mailed 2nd set of keys to the vehicle we purchased on the 31st it's now the 11th and still no keys when questioned the only response she would give is,,I don't know what to tell you and never call me back,
Very impersonal. Very much not wanting to work with us. The lady, Heather, was rude, snooty, no people skills whatsoever, and just downright not nice. After we were told they had a program to help out bad credit, things changed and they would not help us. Just would not recommend at all. Terrible all around.

Salesperson Bob Peoples lies. Says he called and left messages. NEVER Also left messages for Bob Brady and he NEVER CALLED BACK. DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. Poor customer service after buying four vechicals from them over many years. (Don't know why we went back).
The sales representative flat out lied to me about being approved half way there she calls me and says I need a co signer so she never talked to a bank until she found out I needed a co signer that's just cruel
Don’t buy from here. Very shady. They do not disclose vechicles background. They take advantage of you.
Drove over an hour to come look at the car next morning. We get there the next morning and the guy we were scheduled to meet with didn’t even seem to know or remember the car I was interested in. He comes back 15-20 min later and says that they don’t even have it, even though I got a confirmation email that morning. They then give me a trade in offer on my car which was a terrible lowball offer, not even close to what I was looking for (they had same car and older on their website for thousands more). A major waste of time. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Many of the workers were rude and didn’t seem interested in the customers needs. Instead tried show me multiple other cars I had absolutely no interest in. Not to mention all of their pre owned cars on their site are way overpriced.
Can't buy anything without credit and can't get credit without a co-signer so it sucks
My wife's 2017 hyundai elantra has been there for 8 months has had 3 motors each time we went to get it it blew the motor less then a mile away from dealership went up December 3 to pick up again made it home motor went bad again called them they told us we would have to have it towed to them we are done with this dealership worst place ever car has only 80,000 on it but is junknever buy a hyundai!!!!!!!
We had contacted the dealership and scheduled an appointment on Saturday for the next Monday to look at a Toyota Sienna. I even got an email from the salesperson reminding me of the appointment. When we got there we were given the runaround for 30 minutes while they tried to find the vehicle. Turns out it was sold on Saturday and despite the reminder email and a promise to have the vehicle waiting for us, it was a huge waste of time. The sales person didn't seem to even remember what vehicle we were looking at. I would avoid Bob Brady like the plague.
I know I had credit issues and I was great full the dealership help get me a car... From there it’s been a disaster. 1.I was questioned on how my company I work for handling their pay stubs for proof of income, was hassled over that... 2. I was told I left my house key there and they would mail the key to me I never saw it and had to get a new key... 3. Lastly the kicker they never told me the car was in some kind of an accident and it was not listed on any car reports that my used vehicle was in an accident. Within a month of getting the car the front bumper paint started bubbling up, meaning the car was recently painted and not done correctly. I call on the problem and they stated I would have to wait two weeks for them to look at it and send it off... I go in today, and was told yes the car has a record of the dealership getting it painted but since I am over my miles of bumper to bumper they won’t cover it... Meaning the two weeks I waited for them to get me in I put enough miles to go over that... I stated why don’t we just take back to who painted it and Jamie rudely stated no we are not doing that or covering anything... I drove 80 miles for them to tell me that, in the horrendous weather today. Why wouldn’t they tell me the car was in an accident and got painted ? 2. Because they didn’t tell me that, they told me today you bought a used car and your responsibility now... Yes I was irritate and not welcoming but Jamie was so rude to me and I drove there to find a way to make this right! The worst customer service I’ve ever gotten anywhere.... My advice don’t do any busy with this company..... How can they get away with not reporting damage to a car?
We went in for diagnostics, an was given a lot more than we asked for so we decided to get it fixed anyway. They ordered the parts and after 3 weeks I had to call them back to find out what was going on. They had no record of it but then called us back three days later to schedule the repair. We returned their call and they didn't know what we were talking about. When my wife asked for an explanation they hung up on her. They will not refund by diagnostic cost. Whatever you do never go to Bob Brady Dodge.
Bought a car two months ago and it was a total lame they refused to help me and charge me $2000 I will never buy from them I will suggest you never buy from them
